Hello hello! I’m Celine Cao[ts-ao], I’m a Flame Artist/Nuke compositor based in Brooklyn, New York. I’m currently working as Flame lead at Modern Post VFX/finishing department, focusing on fashion & beauty commercials.
Graduating from School of Visual Arts with a BFA in Computer Art, Computer Animation & Visual Effects, I developed various software skillsets: Nuke, Adobe Suites, DaVinci Resolve, Maya, Cinema 4D & more. My background in photography helps me better understand lenses, colors and depth of field in compositing field.
Besides working in post-production, I have more than four years of experience working on set as a production designer/Makeup artist on various short film productions. I’m passionate about creating moving images and I enjoy both artistic & technical aspects of film-making.
